Union Social is proud to be part of the Harrisburg and Sioux Falls area community. As a locally owned entertainment destination with bowling, arcade games, axe throwing, a full-service restaurant and bar, party rooms, and family-friendly event spaces, we love being able to support local schools, nonprofits, fundraisers, teams, benefits, and community organizations whenever possible.

Because we receive a high number of donation requests throughout the year, all requests must be submitted through the form below. This helps our team review each request fairly, stay organized, and make sure donations align with our quarterly donation budget.

Donation Request Guidelines

Union Social reviews donation requests on a quarterly basis. While we wish we could say yes to every request, donations are limited and approved based on availability, timing, budget, and community impact.

Please submit your request as early as possible. Requests submitted at the last minute may not be eligible for review.

Union Social does not accept donation requests by phone, social media message, or in-person drop-off.

Requests should be submitted at least 30 days before your event or donation deadline.

Approved donations may include gift cards, activity certificates, family fun packages, food-related donations, or other promotional items at Union Social’s discretion.

Due to the volume of requests received, only approved requests may receive a response.

Union Social reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any donation request based on current donation availability and business needs.

– Fundraisers supporting children, families, education, health, and community wellness

Donation Review Process

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it during our regular donation review period. We work within a quarterly donation budget, which means approved donations are planned in advance and distributed based on the number of requests received, available resources, and community alignment.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but we promise each request will be reviewed with care.
