Air Madness LLC, doing business as Union Social (“Union Social”, “we”, “us”) operates unionsocialsf.com and the Union Social venue at 310 Industrial Rd, Harrisburg, SD 57032. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, guests and website users, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and other details you enter in our reservation, party and contact forms on this site, when you sign up for our guest Wi-Fi, or when you contact us.
- Guest Wi-Fi sign-in: your mobile number, email address, optional first name, the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, your device’s network identifier (MAC address), the Wi-Fi network name and the IP address used, and whether the one-time verification code was confirmed.
- Automatically collected: standard web server logs, cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) that record pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
How we use it
- To provide what you asked for: tickets, bookings, reservations, replies to your messages, and the guest Wi-Fi connection.
- To send Union Social marketing messages by text and email, only when you have agreed to receive them (see “Text message program” below).
- To operate, secure and improve our website and venue, and to understand how our website and advertising perform.
- To honor opt-outs and keep records of consent as required by law.
Text message program
Guests may join Union Social Texts on our guest Wi-Fi sign-in page (network “Union Social Free Wifi”). Complimentary guest Wi-Fi is offered in exchange for joining the Union Social text and email list; enrollment is completed by confirming a one-time code texted to your phone. Messages are sent from +1 877-824-4326 by our messaging provider, Next Level Technology Group LLC, and include offers, events, live music and menu specials, up to 4 messages per month. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business and this website (hosting, point-of-sale and booking, email and text-message delivery, analytics), with Next Level Technology Group LLC as the operator of our website and messaging programs, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Marketing consent records are kept while you are enrolled and for four years after you opt out, to document consent. Guest Wi-Fi connection logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the site will still work with cookies disabled, though some features may not.

Children
Our website and marketing programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online; parents and guardians provide any information needed for waivers and bookings.
